One is the Lotus Notes Client password, used when accessing Lotus Notes mail via the Lotus Notes client software installed on your desktop or laptop computer. The other password is used when you access your Web Mail via the web and is also the same password used to access myWeb@SHU (Blackboard). If you have any problems accessing your Lotus Notes mail via the Web, please call the Help Desk at (973) 275-2222. If you need to have your password reset, please bring your SHU ID card to the walk-up support desk located in Corrigan Hall Rm. 23.
