<title>08/23/2011 - 08/23/2011 Outbound calls on cellular networks and regular telephone networks appear to be intermittently failing with either constant busy signals or silence after dialing. This is not a local Seton Hall equipment issue, but is occurring all over the north eastern region of the US. Once the carriers restore full service, outbound calls from Seton Hall will work as normal.</title>

Level 3 confirm full service has been restored as of approx 10pm tonight. Seton Hall experienced minimal impact after the first 30 minutes of the outage, but full service should be restored now.]]></description></item>
