Course Title:
Hybrid Course Elements and Design
Description:
Planning course interactions and organizing content are two elements of developing a successful hybrid course. This session covers benefits and challenges of developing a hybrid course including determining how often to meet your class face-to-face based on learning outcomes and activities (ie, 3 days a week versus meeting 1 day a week). We will also demonstrate best practices for organizing course content; known as chunking. Hybrid Course Elements and Design serves as the foundation workshop for this four-part series.
